Mr. Blackwell Worst Dress List 1960-2007

4 Years ago, Oct 19, 2008 Mr. Richard Blackwell passed away. No one will ever forget his yearly Fearless Worst Dressed List that includes most the hottest actors/singers/celebrities.  I remember getting teary eyed when my  all time favorite Spice Girls topped this list late 90's and became an avid follower from then on.
